Which Should Guide You as a Leader? With Leadership Guru, Patrick Lencioni by [**Holly Tate**](https://blog.leadr.com/leadrpulse-podcast/author/holly-tateleadr-com) on Jul 18, 2024 12:00:00 AM   This week, we’re joined by the pioneer of health-focused leadership, Patrick Lencioni. You may know Pat as the Founder and President of [The Table Group](https://www.tablegroup.com/) or as the best-selling author of The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, The Advantage, The 6 Types of Working Genius & 8 other books. He brings his wealth of knowledge to the podcast to discuss how the motivations of a leader have a profound effect on their overall success, how leadership should be a burden, and why outward success isn’t the only mark of a successful leader. Cohosts Matt Tresidder, Leadr CEO, and Holly Tate, Leadr CMO go on to discuss the mindset of a healthy leader and what happens when you let power overshadow influence as a leader.
