Each month from October through December, the Leadr team will come together to support a local cause in the Plano area. Our Leadr team kicked off the Season of Giving by rallying together for Socktober, donating an incredible 7,302 pairs of socks to support [Metro Relief Dallas.](https://www.metrorelief.org/) Metro Relief is doing amazing work for our community, offering mobile support to people experiencing homelessness with essentials like food, clean water, hygiene kits—and yes, socks!  ![Socktober 2024](https://blog.leadr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Socktober%202024.jpg?width=618&height=464&name=Socktober%202024.jpg) CEO and Co-Founder, Matt Tresidder shared, “At Leadr, we believe that every Leadr has blue-collar DNA, and is willing to get their hands dirty to support the team's greater mission. But it's not just about excelling in the workspace; it's also about coming together to give back to the community that has been our foundation. Our Season of Giving is designed to be inclusive, allowing both our on-site and remote team members to actively participate and make a meaningful impact." In November, Leadr team members from across the country served in their local communities with projects like:  - Volunteering at **[Metrocrest Resale](https://metrocrestservices.org/metrocrest-resale/)**, sorting through donated clothes, stocking shelves, and greeting customers.Every dollar spent here provides six meals for a neighbor in need. - Serving through a community trash clean up at a local nature preserve. - Packaging 15K meals for school kids all over the world.  - Volunteering on behalf of the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign. ![20241116_110912](https://blog.leadr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/20241116_110912.jpg?width=618&height=464&name=20241116_110912.jpg) ![20241116_094444](https://blog.leadr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/20241116_094444.jpg?width=3000&height=4000&name=20241116_094444.jpg) ![IMG_5123](https://blog.leadr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_5123.jpeg?width=5712&height=4284&name=IMG_5123.jpeg) ![IMG_1142](https://blog.leadr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_1142.jpeg?width=3024&height=4032&name=IMG_1142.jpeg) ![1000003492](https://blog.leadr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1000003492.jpg?width=1932&height=2872&name=1000003492.jpg) In December, the team is focusing on giving back to each other through an internal Secret Santa program, made simple thanks to the [Leadr profile card](https://blog.leadr.com/release-notes/2021-jul-28), which gives a glimpse into each team member's favorites.  Happy Holidays from the Leadr team. 🎄❄️🎁 Let us know how your team celebrates the holidays in the comments!
