For the second consecutive year, Leadr Inc. has been recognized on the list of 2023 Top Places to Work in Dallas by The Dallas Morning News.
The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places To Work is predicated on an extensive employee survey that celebrates excellence in areas such as company leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, diversity, and more.
In 2023, the 15th year for the Top 100 awards in D-FW, a record-breaking number of over 6,000 companies were nominated and more than 156,000 employees were surveyed.
Leadr’s mission is to develop 1M leaders by investing in the growth and development of every employee. The $5 Million start-up set out in 2019 to create software that promotes organizational health by increasing the effectiveness of teams.
Co-founders Matt Tresidder and Chris Heaslip believed that good leadership throughout an organization was possible with the right tools, and believed Leadr was the platform that could create a people-first culture.
