Private Topic Notes

1:1 meetings are specifically designed to enhance the collaboration that needs to be happening between managers and employees. While planning topics in advance is a great way to set up the conversation, sometimes, there are topics that are better discussed prior to someone reading them in written form.

We’ve added the ability to create a topic on a meeting that is visible only to you. This ensures that everyone is still able to enter a conversation well prepared, but also have the tools to make the conversation as productive as possible. You can later remove the ‘Visible only to you’, if desired, so that the topic will be visible to all the meeting attendees.
