At Leadr, requesting and providing feedback is a crucial part of our culture. This includes both positive and constructive feedback. We consistently work to combat the stigma that feedback is negative and critical. Feedback should be timely, clear, and aimed at helping the other person build on their strengths and move in a positive direction.
We’ve made some exciting updates to our Feedback feature to make it easier and more fun. Both card and list formats are now available making it easier to view the feedback that you’ve requested from others, as well as, feedback that’s been requested from you.
If you sometimes use this tool to request feedback from multiple people at once, in a more survey style, you can now view those results by either question or respondent.
