Reviews are an important way to check in with your team and measure progress over time. One of the most important parts of this exercise, though, is asking good, thought-provoking questions. We've now added more flexible topic options to allow you create more robust questions.
These include flexible scale and multiple choice options. We also heard from customers that they really wanted to have the ability to have certain questions only apply to the reviewer, or to the reviewee. We've added in this ability as well, so that your HR team can configure your review cycle to best support your team.
