Enhanced Review Experience: New Reflections and Admin Controls

We’ve made some improvements to our Reviews module to make it even more valuable for Leadr users. Here’s what’s new:

New Reflections Types: Recognition and Accomplishments (part of PDPs) can now be attached to review questions as a Reflection. Celebrate wins and highlight achievements effortlessly. 🎉

Multiple Reflections: You can now attach an unlimited number of reflections to a single review question. This allows for a richer, more comprehensive review process. ✅

Admin User Management: Administrators now have the ability to manage which Leadr Admins have access to specific review cycles. This ensures that only the right people have access to sensitive reviews. 🔒
