To better support this mission, we’re making an exciting change to our platform: **the "Goals" module will now be called "Objectives."** **Why the Change?**We’re shifting focus from personal, isolated goals to a more unified, team and organization-centric approach. Here’s why: - **Stronger Alignment:** Objectives connect your work to your mission and purpose - up, down, and across the org chart. - **Organizational Health:** Objectives reinforce clarity at every level, the foundation of organizational health.  - **Higher Success Rates:** Goals often fail when they aren’t tied to a higher purpose. By rethinking them as Objectives, we’re creating a pathway to success.
